About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Project Manager who can take complete ownership of complex digital projects from planning to delivery. This role requires strong project management expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining high standards of communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budgets are met
• Own project planning, execution, tracking, and closure, with clear accountability for outcomes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Provide solutioning support during pre-delivery and delivery phases, anticipating risks and addressing challenges proactively
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or dependencies early, and implement mitigation plans
• Drive regular status reporting, project reviews, and stakeholder communication with clarity and transparency
• Guide and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and timely delivery
• Ensure effective use and understanding of CMS platforms beyond WordPress and Shopify
• Promote ownership, accountability, and adaptability within the project team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a corporate or agency-based IT environment
• 7+ years of experience in managing technical or digital projects
• Experience managing software development teams (5–7 members)
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery lifecycle
• Experience defining project KPIs, timelines, and performance metrics
• Background in application development, implementation, or technical delivery is a strong plus
• Prior experience in a service-based or digital solutions company preferred

Requirements

• Strong experience in Project Management with hands-on ownership of delivery
• Excellent solutioning skills with the ability to understand business problems and propose technical approaches
• Good understanding of CMS platforms (other than WordPress & Shopify)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
