About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AEM Frontend Lead to join our team and drive the development of engaging, high-performance web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires deep expertise in front-end technologies, a strong understanding of AEM components, and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of developers. As a frontend lead, you’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade web solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and visually compelling.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in frontend development teams; experience mentoring and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to translate business/design requirements into scalable, reusable front-end components.
• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect) preferred.
• Experience with AEM Cloud Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Target, Launch).
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design and backend teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years with AEM projects.
• Strong expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including use of HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and authoring tools.
• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, and client libraries (clientlibs).
• Experience with AEM Headless (Content Fragments, GraphQL, SPA Editor).
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.
